Our champagne was forgotten for pick up and the seats in the limo were sticky from the... read more Four of us had dinner at the grill on June 15th. We had the limo service. Our champagne was forgotten for pick up and the seats in the limo were sticky from the group prior to us. On a positive note, the driver was very nice and apologetic. We were never apologized to or offered compensation once we reached the restaurant. The food was awesome and our server was too. At the end of the night we realized we paid for six drinks that belonged to another group. The manager was very short with us and told us that she couldn't give us a refund because "their machine doesn't do that". The best we could get was a gift card. The gift card didn't even cover the cost of the drinks let alone the taxes. We talked to the manager again and she seemed quite annoyed that we would ask for another 1.25 back - this still didn't include the taxes. Needless to say I would never eat there again even though the food was very good. It was really expensive and I would expect alot more in terms of customer service. If my bill is 400.00, I want my refund.I also emailed them that night expressing my concern and asking for a phone call and we didn't hear anything back from them.
