Upper Crust Pizza El Dorado - Santa Fe

We heard Upper Crust was a great pizza, so we shot her. It doesn't matter to pay for quality, but the pizza we got was far from quality. The pizza was over boiled and dry and the salad was not cooled when we picked up our order. Service was good, but not good enough to go back. Hold on to Rooftop Pizza or Bear Creek Brewery.

Usually the food is great, but not last night! I ordered a Greek salad and paid extra to add avocado. No joke, this is the avocado they put on my salad!!! With this quality control I wonder what else they do... I couldn't even eat the salad. To round it off, my little combination pizza was boiled!! Worst experience I've taken at the age. So disappointed...

Here on the way through NM and loved it! They were short and still managed to be friendly and helpful. Fantastic crust on the cake, fresh green in salad, perfect wing and great selection of tap. And the hot sauce was amazing! It's worth it!

Large local pizza and salad. Not sure why negative reviews, but we have the combo pizza and a cheeseless pizza with red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. Both were excellent with a New Mexico Pepper Punsch! We also ordered the spinach salad and it was also excellent. Dined on the outside terrace and had great service. Definitely recommended and we will return the next time in the area.

Pros: Good pizza. Crispy bottom, good flavor, good toppings. Cons: Wings were so-so and service was pretty bad. Ordered pickup, which is a drive through window. Arrived in the amount of time instructed, but when I pulled up they told me my order wasn't ready and would I mind driving around the building and getting back in line so they could help the people behind me. That was fine. But I ended up having to do this 3 additional times over the course of 40 minutes while I waited for my pizza.
