Ecco Espresso And Gelato - Santa Fe

They make great ice cream. But i reduced my rating today since the opening hours are just a mess. Changes are never posted anywhere, if they close early there is no note anywhere to be found. Today we went before 4 pm and it's all locked up. Googlessays it should be open until 9.30 pm. No note on the door, no post on social media. Nothing. And since this happened to us nowfor the 3rd time within a few weeks, I'm editing my rating. Just disappointed they don't manage to edit hours or post aboutclosures.

First time here. Worst customer service I?ve ever seen. Didn?t get a Hi or welcome, how can I help you, have a good night or a bye. Nothing!! me and my friend felt so uncomfortable and were shocked. We ordered, the guy didn?t say one word. Gelato wasfine, but the gelato case looked dirty and the server wasn?t wearing gloves.

Super cute. Pastries are so yummy! The only downside is it?s very small inside and the air conditioner does not work well so it?s very hot during the summer.

I had lunch here. coffee and a panini. it was all so delicious, and a great price, especially for the inner city santa fe! definitely recommend!

Platz was dirty, employees uninterested. Not only the waitress seemed like a complete bi*ch she put her hand in the cup! And when I asked if we could have another cup, you would have thought I was asking for her soul! no tables, where cleaned between the mosquitoes, the spicy dirty. frankly, a star is generous. as a native, it's embarrassing.
