Visiting for a ski trip with kids and really loved this place. The owner/manager was so authentic and nice. I had a bit of a wait and he checked in on us and seated up asap. I hope he remembers how I took his hand and started to do a little tango with him in the waiting area to music on my phone! He called me party girl. We giggled. The dinner was absolutely delicious and the bear in tap hit the spot. Xoxo till next... View all feedback.
What Hoyt Mohr doesn't like about Fire Hops:
Tasty dishes and beers, bold interesting flavors but not too rich. The dessert was also excellent (and we are rarely tempted by restaurant dessert). Easily some of the best eats we’ve had in Santa Fe and would absolutely return. Nice intimate atmosphere but hard to maintain much distance from others for Covid safety right now. View all feedback.
Salty and cozy gastro pub in santa fe. excellent choice. amazing boobs, burgers and salty potatoes. great waiting staff?
Incredible aromen and very unique menu i really enjoyed this place! get the Brussel sprouts! we have the curry (very good) and the ramen (unbelief) as well.
Absolutely our favorite place! We visit a few times a year and even had our wedding reception here. The beer is seasonal and changes based on popularity, which is great; the food, is always a hit. We used to always order the poutine, but the menu has changed and now we are hooked on the ceviche and pork tacos. Everything is great, so you can never go wrong with any choice!

Fire and Hops in Santa Fe is known for their curated local draft beers, but thanks to a change in liquor licensing, they now offer cocktails as well. Despite this, their Margarita is still considered the best in town. My wife, who is particular about her Margaritas, was impressed with the locally sourced spirits and fresh limes used in their version. The burgers, especially when customized with blue cheese, green chile, and dijon mustard, are also a favorite. The atmosphere at Fire and Hops is friendly and inviting, with a mix of locals and visitors bonding over their love of good drinks and food. Kudos to the staff for creating such a welcoming environment.
