We both had the fajitas, beef for me and chicken for my wife. Best that I have had in a long time. She agreed. More food than we needed. The margaritas were very good also. Service was exceptional. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tortilla Flats:
The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I've ever experienced. We received our sopapillas only after asking for our bill, instead of getting them with our meal. Jose, our server, apologized by saying he was tired and couldn't think straight. On top of that, I had ordered the Bratbeefsopilla, but instead of real shredded beef, I got deli roast beef. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never retur... View all feedback.
I can't recommend this place. We were served by the manager for sitting in a closed section, although the host was happy to sit there. Then we were calculated exorbitant for chips and salsa, which is traditionally free. This is at their already high prices for the average kitchen. The only thing I'll give is the quality of her sopapillas.

I had this place a few years ago and the breakfast burrito was so dang good that I had to go again when I came into town! This time I had the tamale plate which was filled with flavor. I topped them with their green Chile sauce which was the perfect combination. My boyfriend had the bean burrito with both red and green sauce and it was gone shortly after he received it. The only disappointing part was there were no chips and salsa given to us which is what you expect when you go to a Mexican food restaurant. The red sauce did not have the best flavor and the rice was so bland we had to get it removed from the bill. However, I would still recommend this place because both entrees I?ve eaten there have been delicious. If I still remember their burrito from years ago, then this place clearly has something going for them!
The food was pretty good and came out surprisingly fast (less than 10 minutes after my order went in, and the place was probably a third full). It seemed slightly pricier than I would have expected for what I got, however I am only a first time visitor to Santa Fe and overall prices here might be a little elevated from what I'm used to. The environment was nice and someone was setting up to play live music when I was leaving.
Tortilla Flats is one of my go-to spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever I go to Santa Fe. It is located diagonally in front of MeowWolf on Cerrillos Road. The place never fails to deliver a great New Mexican meal of any of the local favorites. The restaurant interior has bright, floor to ceiling windows opposite the inviting bar with décor in warm, unfussy, modern Santa Fe style. The service is friendly, fast, and gracious, and prices are reasonable. Recommended!
