The pizza was hot and fresh, and it was delivered to my hotel right on time. It exceeded my expectations compared to other Pizza Huts I've ordered from. Everything was just perfect. They had some great online deals when I was ordering for multiple friends at home, but unfortunately, it was just me at the hotel, so I wasn't able to take advantage of them. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The pizza was awful, and the service was subpar. It seemed like the pizza had been reheated and was falsely advertised as fresh. The health department should definitely inspect this establishment. The owner should be ashamed, as this business does not reflect well on our city. I can only imagine how disappointed visitors must feel when they come to enjoy our local offerings but end up with such poor food and service. View all feedback.
Honestly this Pizza Hut has the worst customer service. I ordered a pizza they took my payment, I waited for a hour so I decided to call for a update on my pizza just for them to tell me they don't deliver to my address. If that was the case they should have just told me when I placed the order.
Great service All employees were friendly and great! Food was on point! I recommend eating here.
Waited for over an hour for my pizza, I called to ask for the manager because I feel that I shouldn’t pay for it since is been over 40 minutes like they said, he said everyone’s pizza are being delivered late. So I canceled my order. Thank you Pizza Hut for not putting your customers first!!!!!!!!!
My big gripe is that After you spend $20 on your pizza, they want you to spend another two dollars if you want pepper and Parmesan cheese. That is lame.
Great fast service!! Food was tasty and made w perfection. Highly recommend.
