Panera Bread - Santa Fe

The service at this restaurant was excellent and attentive. Cheyenne assisted me and all of the staff were well trained and helpful, despite it being busy. The bathroom was very clean. The food was from Panera, so you know it was good.

I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. I cannot speak for all Panera locations, but the one in Santa Fe is consistently disappointing, both for dining in and for takeout. The restaurant is always dirty, with numerous unclean tables and stale, lackluster food such as bread, soups, and salads. Online orders are just as bad - frequently missing items and providing measly portions that are far from what was expected. Even though orders are paid for, items are often missing from the bags upon arrival. The lack of responsiveness from the local restaurant and nonexistent online support only adds to the frustration. It is clear that there are significant issues at this establishment if they cannot be reached for assistance.

Disappointing. We are fans of Panera and their coffee, but it's unfortunate that they only serve almond milk in a plastic cup. We try to reduce our plastic usage, so it's strange that they don't offer it in a paper cup. It's a policy that doesn't seem very sustainable and should be reconsidered.

Food was pretty good. Sandwich was a tad dry but good. The broccoli ? ? cheddar soup was good but slightly spicy this time, which was different ??‍? It was our first to go order and I thought my drinks were included in the bag, but it was only the cup no hibiscus tea ???? No one mentioned I get my own drink, they just handed me the bag and said have a good day???‍??‍ I called to talk to a manager but I couldn't get though ??‍??‍

I went twice in this week in santa fe from zafarano to Panera-Brot. I love her roasted truthahn and avodcado blt sandwiches. the sandwiches in the online menu show double decker sandwiches and that's what I ordered with the first, but today I ordered the same sandwich, on ciabatta brot exactly as a few days ago. and I got a half of a sandwich and another salat from that I got a few days ago and all for the same price of 14.00 that is a lot money for half a sandwich and a side salad. dion has better brot, but only deli meat. I love that panera truthahn has roasted, but for 14.00, I would like to show the double decker they show on their website.
