Outback Steakhouse - Santa Fe

The food was good but the lack of acknowledgement was beyond me. After being seated my family waited 30 minutes to get our drink order taken. Then another 15 minutes before we even got our drinks to our table. I was ready to leave a that point but I stuck it out and bugged that I made that choice. The woman had a small baby bump so I was trying to be empathetic but this was ridiculous! We don't eat out often and I spent over $120 on 2 children and 1 adult for ZERO customer service and an OK meal. Not happy and I will spend my dollars on a small local restaurant next time around.

My friend and I went there to lunch and from the beginning greeted by the hostess, to show our table was fast. our waitress was friendly and helpful. our meals were tasty. we were satisfied with our experience at outback in santa fe, nm. we will definitely return for more dinning. thanks. outback for a pleasant experience.

Salad wasn't the freshest tho it is February and a pandemic still. But the service was quick food was quality hot and speedy. Flavorful outback meals. The inside is modern. No orange pink walls like many of them. Sleek in style. The smoked cinnamon old fashioned was fun and delicious!

The place is wonderful with food and drink choices, however, we were there to have a few drinks and socialize with friends and my wife just wanted an appetizer because we had had a big lunch. Well, I have to say we were served the most gaud awful mac n cheese ever. It was so salty it was inedible. The bar staff was fantastic and the place is wonderful. We were courteously refunded for it and next time will try something different.

You have to try the prime rib after 4 o'clock! served hot. we wanted time to enjoy our appetizers and salad before they brought out the main course. friendly staff! great service! we have not been rushing. we really enjoyed each other. That was great.
