Our food arrived quickly and presentation was well done. Hopefully you don’t treat all customers this way. We also heard the lady in the back saying “where are we going to seat these people at” but were able to seat the same amount of people that came in a few minutes after us? update we went to Rancho Viejo in Hayden and had 4 extra people join us and were seated immediately and were provided great service throughout the night, maybe your servers can go there and learn how to treat customers for the future! : Service: Dine in

Always have! We came in last week. It had been awhile for us! Still loving Jalapeños! Our server, Margaret, was one of the best servers we've had there so far (all have been great but she was exceptional). The spinach enchiladas weregreat as always. So was everything else. Deep fried avocados are a must every time! Thank you for sticking it out through therough times! Glad to still have Jalapeños as one of our local icons!

The male waiter that served us was angry and aggressively hit my husband in the a... read more On 7/13/22 our family had the unpleasant experience dining at this restaurant. The male waiter that served us was angry and aggressively hit my husband in the arm with a water pitcher while heading to the table... Didn't apologize. He tried to hurryour order as soon as we sat down and we watched him walking around the restaurant visibly disturbed the entire time. He appearedto be a seriously disturbed human being. The food was very good but the waiters bizarre display was such a turn off that wewon't be going back ever again! Next time we will go to Fiesta Bonita in Ponderay with a pleasant staff.
