Food was great, service was outstanding, all details went smoothly, and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend forsmall or large gatherings ? talk with John or any manager ? they will make it great for you!

I only had the steak quesadilla, but it was delicious. The chips were fresh, and you have the option of either medium or hot salsa both werereally good, but I preferred the flavors of the medium. Service was top notch. Recommended!

Always have! We came in last week. It had been awhile for us! Still loving Jalapeños! Our server, Margaret, was one of the best servers we've had there so far (all have been great but she was exceptional). The spinach enchiladas weregreat as always. So was everything else. Deep fried avocados are a must every time! Thank you for sticking it out through therough times! Glad to still have Jalapeños as one of our local icons!

The male waiter that served us was angry and aggressively hit my husband in the arm with a water pitcher while heading to the table... Didn't apologize. He tried to hurryour order as soon as we sat down and we watched him walking around the restaurant visibly disturbed the entire time. He appearedto be a seriously disturbed human being. The food was very good but the waiters bizarre display was such a turn off that wewon't be going back ever again! Next time we will go to Fiesta Bonita in Ponderay with a pleasant staff.

Recently I ordered pickup and was suprised to see a 10% take out gratuity. Seriously?!?! So now there is a fee for buying a product that does notrequire service or anything extra on their part. Wow! I realize this is a hot topic, but to me it is pretty simple. Tipping isfor service and better tips for great service. Way to stick it to the customers Jalapenos, we won't be back.
