Our server, Margaret, was exceptional—one of the best we've had (and we've had great service every time). The spinach enchiladas were just as delicious as ever. The deep-fried avocados are a must-have on every visit! Thank you for persevering through the tough times. It’s so nice to have Jalapeños as one of our local favorites!

Recently I ordered pickup and was suprised to see a 10% take out gratuity. Seriously?!?! So now there is a fee for buying a product that does not require service or anything extra on their part. Wow! I realize this is a hot topic, but to me it is pretty simple. Tipping is for service and better tips for great service. Way to stick it to the customers Jalapenos, we won't be back.

I only had the steak quesadilla, but it was delicious. The chips were fresh, and you have the option of either medium or hot salsa both werereally good, but I preferred the flavors of the medium. Service was top notch. Recommended!
