We spent 10 minutes ord... read more The owner of Arby's is very friendly and keeps everything running smoothly, but when he's not around, the service becomes rude and slow. We spent 10 minutes ordering between the speaker and the window, not including the wait for our food. Meanwhile, the employees just stood there talking and laughing with the car in front of us, even after they had already received their order.
