We spent 10 minutes ordering between the speaker and the window, not including the wait for our food. Meanwhile, the employees just stood there talking and laughing with the car in front of us, even after they had already received their order.

The Medium Curly Fries were also served l... read more The serving of White Cheddar Mac n Cheese at Arby's was disappointingly small, barely covering the bottom of the bowl. The Medium Curly Fries were also served less than half full. Despite ordering Arby's sauce with several items, none was included, and we didn’t receive any napkins. Given the high prices on the menu, our experience left us feeling quite dissatisfied and disappointed.
