What User doesn't like about Vale's Madre:
Decent restaurant with an eclectic mix of pasta and sushi. Had some shrimp spring rolls which were good the tuna roll, which as far as Mexican sushi on the beach goes haha was fine. Ordered some tortellini with lardons to go (can’t remember what the dish was called but it was a creamy white Alfredo type sauce). The pasta was a bit tough and chewy but the flavors were very good. An excellent new restaurant in Zipolite. We had wonderful soul food here. Excellent pasta. Don't miss this place. Also a fine selection of red wine. The waiter could smile a little more, maybe he has to try the pasta a bit. View all feedback.
