An excellent new restaurant in Zipolite. We had wonderful soul food here. Excellent pasta. Don't miss this place. Also a fine selection of red wine. The waiter could smile a little more, maybe he has to try the pasta a bit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Vale's Madre:
Decent restaurant with an eclectic mix of pasta and sushi. Had some shrimp spring rolls which were good the tuna roll, which as far as Mexican sushi on the beach goes haha was fine. Ordered some tortellini with lardons to go (can’t remember what the dish was called but it was a creamy white Alfredo type sauce). The pasta was a bit tough and chewy but the flavors were very good. Rico sushi, la Bressaola muy buena. La atención excelente.
La bruschetta está excelente después pedimos una pasta (Maccheroní con pesto de zucchine) que lo superó y más adelante un atún con hierbas aromáticas que en verdad no tiene abuela, delicioso, felicidades al chef. No quiero dejar de agradecer a la Srita. Zoe, que nos atendió en la mesa; Su actitud de servicio, amabilidad y eficiencia es maravillosa, gracias. Espero poder visitarlos pronto.
Un lugar peculiar, la decoración bien , la presentación de carta wow, atención excelente y la verdad los platillos deliciosos, una combinación de sabores muuuuy buena. El precio justo ! 100% recomendable
La mejor pasta de Mexico en verdad a mi me encanto increíble
