This restaurant clearly doesn't understand what tsukemen is. The broth was too diluted and did not possess the rich flavor typical of proper tsukemen; it was even more watery than ramen. The noodles were just standard ramen noodles, lacking the chewy texture that tsukemen is known for. Additionally, the spicy miso tasted more like tomato sauce than anything else.
