This is probably the best Açaí bowls or just general fruit smoothie-like bowls in SF. They have multiple bases to pick from and I recommend the standard açaí and the mango passion fruit. We will be coming back and there are two locations. You can order online or at a digital kiosk at the entrance. What Dharan Kumar doesn't like about Palmetto Superfoods:
Ordered here on Saturday online around 2 pm. I was informed order will be ready at 2:25 pm. When I arrived st palmetto at 2:35 pm the person working there even without checking just told me my order isn’t ready and I’ll have to wait another 20 minutes. Then when I asked him if he checked he just mentioned it isn’t ready (he didn’t bother to check). After 10 minutes I talked to another employee who then figured out th... View all feedback.
With their new location just around the corner from their original on 3rd and Clement this wonderful superfood spot is a main staple of the Richmond district area. Come in and enjoy some superfood smoothies as well as acai bowls and other delicious treats they
This is the best açaí I have ever tasted! I give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
Worth the wait !!! First time there and it was amazing . Staff was very attentive, answered all my questions with pleasure and could see how busy they were . Obviously this is the best place in town super fresh ingredients and great portions for the money.
This was my first time trying a restaurant like this on the West Coast and I must say, it was a far superior experience compared to a similar restaurant in the East Coast (New Jersey). The options here were not only delicious and flavorful, but also healthy and fresh. The quality of the ingredients, such as fruit and granola, was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and casual, with open seating. Despite the busy crowd, the wait was only about 20 minutes and it was well worth it. Every bite was satisfying and the employees were friendly and hardworking. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fresh and healthy dining option, as opposed to the fast food chains in the area. The total cost for my husband and I was $30.00 USD, which included a 20% tip. We believe in rewarding hard work and great service, especially when the food is of such high quality. The medium-sized portions were actually quite large, packed with fruit, almond butter, peanut butter, açaí, granola, bananas, and mango in my "Flex bowl." I was unsure if it would be filling, but it turned out to be a full meal and worth every penny.
I really enjoy their food, but I'm confused as to why they don't put takeout orders in the freezer. They end up being melted by the time you pick them up. I'm not sure why this particular location doesn't follow this practice. I haven't experienced this issue at other locations, but it has happened multiple times at the Richmond restaurant.
