Found them on Sunday at the Fort Mason farmer's market. They have a cash only sign but take cards. These are authentic fresh made delicious dumplings. The dipping sauce is a must. The vegetable dumplings were great. View all feedback. What Moon Shine doesn't like about Happy Dumplings:
