Starbelly - San Andreas
Starbelly
Description
The restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. Some experienced extremely poor service with dirty dishware and rude staff, leading them to vow to never return. On the other hand, other diners had a pleasant experience, enjoying delicious meals and friendly service. The restaurant's outdoor seating was popular, though some found the interior to be uncomfortably loud. Overall, the establishment seemed to have a nice selection of dishes and cocktails, with the potential for a great dining experience if the service kinks were ironed out.

Another fantastic find for Castro residents! This is a wonderful spot for a gathering with friends, especially with the incredibly comfortable backyard seating. The service is consistently perfect, and brunch here is our absolute favorite. If you’re visiting San Francisco or the Castro, this place is a must-stop! I recently had dinner at Starbelly and was blown away by the flavors. The wood-fired pizza was perfectly crispy, and the cocktails were amazing. The vibe is cozy but vibrant, making it ideal for both intimate dinners and group outings. Highly recommend this place! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Went here for dinner without reservations on Sunday night with a small dog. I like the outdoor patio area in the back. It was unusually windy that evening, but the patio set up blocked all the wind! Service was great. No rush at all. The food here isgood, not salty. We ordered the grilled Moroccan-spiced lamb meatballs, pan roasted PEI mussels with chorizo, butter bean pureewith herb flat bread, and mixed chicories arugula salad with, pear, dates, smoked almonds blue cheese. I have also been herefor brunch previously and ordered chicken and waffles. Yum!
Came here after doing Barry's Bootcamp so this was super conveniently close and lots of reservations were available. Good: Loved the cauliflower soup so much flavor packed into each bowl Fan of the Star bacon pizza I liked the tomato sauce andbacon combo and it was good even though I'm not usually a fan of arugula I liked the loco moco definitely on the smallerside but the medium rare loco moco was tasty and left me wanting more The freshly squeezed orange juice was heavenly starteddrinking it and couldn't stop! Upscale modern ambiance Bad: The butternut squash didn't work as well for me I didn't likethe combo of flavors very much and the cheese didn't really sit right for me either Overall very high quality place and greatfor dates we came for a double date and would come back reasonable prices too.
