The food was interesting/intriguing, certainly more suited to a tasting menu. The wine pairings were also good, but heavily weighted to whites; I would have enjoyed tasting 2 or 3 more reds. The service could not have been better. View all feedback.
What Vance Wiza doesn't like about Quince:
Food is mediocre at the best. Geoduck, mussel and mackerel were not fresh and fishy. The best were the asparagus and the wagyu. But predictable. Mousse dessert was nothing but great. It was not bad. Just mediocre. The entire menu was just ripping off. I felt no passion from the chef other than the purpose of charging people as much as possible. The wine paring was a bigger joke. Most of them were white wine. Michelin... View all feedback.

Gorgeous non-pretentious meal and service in Quince. We enjoyed the experience.
It was amazing! We had a perfect dinner and the wine pairing was exceptional. They even surprised my wife with a special culinary opportunity in the kitchen that made her birthday even more special.
Whole evening was excellent. Food, service n silverwares to wine glasses n cocktail glasses. Thank you for the special menu with my wife’s name which made a little more memorable. 3 However, black napkins can replace the white would for black clothes. Need grab bars in wash room for handicap people. I am. Lastly just a note to Mike. Betsy would like to have her Tupperware back. Its bern too long.
An exquisite dining experience where every detail is carefully chosen for its flavor, color and artistic intent. A meal worth savoring and sharing with someone you love. Expensive but a bargain considering the labor, discipline and passion put in by Chef Tusk and his staff.
