Not sure exactly what makes this place stand out amongst other great omakase places in the area. However, it was overall a delightful experience with attention to detail, politeness, and great service. Relaxed without pretense. I would definitely come here again with family or friends. While we don't consider ourselves sushi or sake experts, we can't accurately assess whether our meal was worth the price. The sushi was tasty, uniquely crafted, and seasoned perfectly to highlight each fish's flavor. The sake was served in wine glasses, which was an interesting choice, but it felt quite pricey, with the lowest option costing $14 per glass. 10/10 omakase experience! All the fish was very fresh and service was spectacular. My favorite was the Zuke Toro w/ Caviar (Soy Cured Fatty Tuna) and the Wagyu from their A la carte menu. I recommend adding the wagyu to your meal. Also, my bf loved the uni from the a la carte menu. The white miso soup at the end of the meal was surprisingly delicious; the best miso soup I ever had!
