This is one of my favorite restaurants in San FranciscoEvery time I come here, the food is always delicious and never disappoints in any way.
Fresca is just okayI think there are better tapas and peruvian restaurants out thereWe had the paella, ceviche, and a scallop dish.
TL;DR - Fresca is just fine, ok for those who don't want to trek to other restaurants (read: La Mar) for ceviche/Peruvian.
