Many vegetarian options. The dumplings were thick and not very tasty. The tofu dish was ordered as spices but came with sweet sauce. I’ve had the Wood Ear Mushroom with fish and the Portobello Mushroom with fish here at Big Lantern. Both were delicious, with lots of added vegetables cooked to perfection. Also, when I’m sick, my go-to is their chicken rice porridge. Service is very friendly and fast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Feels like your idea of a great old school Chinese restaurant in San Francisco. Wonderful table service, great food. All around lovely experience.
