We complained and fresh fries... read more Well what can i say ...... Avoid this place . I ordered Chicken Escallop and fries what arrived were raw fries and pork Escallop . We complained and fresh fries arrived around 5 minutes later fries slightly darker in colour but still raw. The Pork escallop was like chewing a shoe which is hard to achieve considering the escallop was 2mm thick . We complained and asked to speak to manager who clearly wasnt the manager were the fries were taken off the bill . I asked to speak to the manager again and explain the issues with the food he became aggressive and wasn't willing to listen about issues , He claimed i ate all the Escallop and fries which i did not. He eventually came back with bill reducing escallop to 50% off i refused and told him i wasn't paying for my horrendous offer of a meal he threatened to call police so i said ring them. He then took my meal if that is what you want to call it off the bill . Please dont waste your time coming here they clearly cant cook basic food and have no customer service skills. In my opinion 1 star is far to high a grade for this horrendous place.

Lots of staff so there is no waiting around for anything you require, we had, clams fisherman style, fried baby squid, steak, monkfish, spaghetti bolognaise, Caesar salad and every dish was 5/5 If we return to Salou the DAlbert will certainly be a restaurant we will visit again
