For my birthday my husband brought me D’Albert, what a disappointment! Avoid! Between appalling service and being charged for something we ordered but they didn’t deliver, we would suggest no one visits here.
Well what can i say ...... Avoid this place . I ordered Chicken Escallop and fries what arrived were raw fries and pork Escallop . We complained and fresh fries arrived around 5 minutes later fries slightly darker in colour but still raw. The Pork escallop was like chewing a shoe which is hard to achieve considering the escallop was 2mm thick . We complained and asked to speak to manager who clearly wasnt the manager were the fries were taken off the bill . I asked to speak to the manager again and explain the issues with the food he became aggressive and wasn't willing to listen about issues , He claimed i ate all the Escallop and fries which i did not. He eventually came back with bill reducing escallop to 50% off i refused and told him i wasn't paying for my horrendous offer of a meal he threatened to call police so i said ring them. He then took my meal if that is what you want to call it off the bill . Please dont waste your time coming here they clearly cant cook basic food and have no customer service skills. In my opinion 1 star is far to high a grade for this horrendous place.
