Description

Amica’s Pizza in Salida has garnered mixed feedback, reflecting a diverse range of dining experiences. While some patrons appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and attentive service—particularly praising staff members like Roxy—others express disappointment over food quality and consistency. Pizza crust textures vary, with some noting it resembles a soft cracker, while others commend its thin, crispy nature. Salads, however, often miss the mark due to over-dressing or bland ingredients. Noise levels detract from the overall experience, making conversation challenging. Despite some shortcomings, a visit could still yield delightful moments amid the culinary inconsistencies.

Congratulations, you have found not only the best pizza in Salida, but probably the best pizza in the entire valley! Amicas wood fired pizza is perfect with a crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a hot oil sauce that really brings the pizza together! (For beer lovers: the green chile ale is special!

OH my goodness the gluten-free pizza Was worth the drive from Texas! We loved the art galleries in the quaint historic part of town that are right across the street and next door to Amica's! I am definitely coming back even though I have to drive from Texas to do so!

This restaurant in Salida has the best pizza. I make sure to stop here every time I pass through. The crust is amazing and I especially enjoyed the draft Stem Cider during my visit.

One of the few places outside NJ that offers eggplant on pizza (not fried or paired with ricotta but the availability was much appreciated). Made my own pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, eggplant, red onion, and spunach; unfortunatelyricotta wasn'tan option). Crust was thin and pretty good, sauce was slightly sweet (good) with a hint of garlic (would have liked more); overall pretty tasty though eggplant could have been cut thinner and roasted a little longer. My wife had fettucine alfredo, which was good too. Was a busy Fri night, was told it'd be 30min wait for our table but as we wandered the streets of Salida, we got a text in 10min that our table was ready..
