Made my own pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, eggplant, red onion, and spunach; unfortunatelyricotta wasn'tan option). Crust was thin and pretty good, sauce was slightly sweet (good) with a hint of garlic (would have liked more); overall pretty tasty though eggplant could have been cut thinner and roasted a little longer. My wife had fettucine alfredo, which was good too. Was a busy Fri night, was told it'd be 30min wait for our table but as we wandered the streets of Salida, we got a text in 10min that our table was ready..
