"Namos resto, located in Chantecler Hotel, falls short in various aspects. From subpar food quality to slow service, dirty tables, and overpricing, customers are left disappointed. With poor customer service and underwhelming dishes, this restaurant fails to impress. However, there are some positive changes happening with the introduction of a new executive chef and restaurant manager. The breathtaking view of the lake adds a touch of charm, but the need for an update is evident. Despite some improvements in the menu and service, Namos resto still has a long way to go in winning over diners.".

The food was average. We weren't put in the restaurant but in an open u shaped space watching people walk by who used the -pool wearing towels. No private at all and actually pretty ridiculous
We went to the Sunday brunch. What a disappointment - from the moment we entered the dining room. No ambience. The food: overcooked hard, dry bacon, no toast to eat with the scrambled eggs, no roast potatoes or rice to accompany the roast beef, no lettuce/leafy salad. Only one item I found acceptable - a beef bourguignonne. I had a decent piece of pecan pie and some berries for dessert. While sitting eating, I had drops of rain dripping on me from the windows overhead. We won't be returning. This place needs a total overhaul from the facilities to the menu.
Food is subpar, ordered pizza and fries for my daughter salmon tartar for meThe tartar was ok, the pizza is the frozen kind barely done, my kid could not eat itWhen I mentioned it to the waiter, he took it off the bill immediately, guess it happens a lot.Slow service, old dirty tables, the view does not make up for this
We were in search of a convenient spot to grab a bite to eat as we were leaving Kimberley. The drive-thru was fast and effortless.
