Scooter's Coffee - Saint Joseph

Great coffees, smoothies, muffins, cookies and cinnamon rolls. Fast service and friendly staff. Excellent location too.

Good customer service, extremely fast, great coffee. I usually can place my order, pay and be on the road in 3-4 minutes.

First time here and I?m now a super fan of Scooters! Delicious coffee, fast friendly service, the baristas had their face masks on the RIGHT way (I?ve seen too many food service workers in st. Joe with no masks or not worn right... . And I am seriously now addicted to the Southwest Breakfast Burrito.... so yummy!!

I visited this place on 5th September 2020. I went to both Dunkin Donuts first but lines were in the street. I decided to give Scooters a try. The coffee was good and the customer service was excellent. Tge also sell breakfast items and pastries. I'll visit again.

In normal circumstances I would give this place 5 star rating even if their PRICES ASTRONOMICAL, but I can't give the 5-star rating this time because of a problem with the staff. Scooter's posted her hours and they clearly say they close 8:00 p.m On August 20, 2022 I arrived at 7:50 and the girl came across the intercom and told me that Scooter was closed. I told her it was only 7:50, and she realized it was 7:50, and said she was cleaning to close scooters for the night. I was disappointed to say the least because I was not only there for me, but also got drinks for a few other people. As I mentioned earlier, they are expensive, but good. You missed some too. My drink alone costs 8.10 Also the hint that there were two cars behind me in the line, so there are more business that lost due to these employees actions. Anyway, I left Scooter's and drove home where a Starbuck is right at the corner of my house, the ALSO CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M and advise who got my business and was just a few cents cheaper, closer and still open at 8:00 as their posted business hours. I really hope Scooter does not allow his employees to make the shop hours and veers of their posted hours, because it was very annoying to have what happened to me that happened the other night. I hope the manager or the owner sees my comments and follows the employee working this night, she must learn what the customer service is because she definitely has what the customer service does not control. I'm back, but Leary. I really think they need to adjust their prices, it can not cost THAT MUCH to make a cup of coffee. You have a great day! P.S. I hung my receipt from Starbucks so you can see they have my business instead of Scooter. Fact.
