The food was, of course, fantastic, but what impressed me most was how efficiently the 'team ' on duty worked. Now, believe me when I tell you this place was PACKED and not only inside but the drive thru as well. Yet we got our order within minutes and the staff was extremely friendly. What Brit doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Always do order in app, we live roughly 45minutes away and enjoy stopping by on our way out of town. However I won't be returning to this location as the last 3 times my order has been incorrect and unfortunately there's no way to reach out in the app we would have had to turn around and go back through st joe to go back to chickfila which is inconvenient when you're well on your way down i29 i35 by the time you real... I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A! The service is consistently friendly and quick. The staff always seem personable and genuinely enjoy their work. I will always recommend Chick-fil-A to everyone! Also, there's strength in numbers—let's find a way to get spicy nuggets added to the menu! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I drove over a mile off I-29 to get to this place, only to find that it isn't even open yet. They really shouldn't have signs directing people to a location that's still under construction. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The drive-thru was too busy, so we decided to go inside. I was a bit disappointed because they had run out of nuggets and filets, which left me with just the sandwich option. However, the staff was always friendly and professional, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Parking can be a bit tricky due to the small area. As for kid-friendliness, they have a little play area for children, similar to what McDonald's used to have. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our dine-in experience!
I typically rate Chick-fil-A five stars every time, but this visit was unusually slow. It didn't have the same efficient drive-through service that I've experienced at other Chick-fil-A locations. However, the food still maintained its high quality and flavor.
