This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The young lady at the counter this morning was especially nice—she clearly belongs in customer service. When she changed the cartridge in the machine, my six-year-old son was fascinated by what she was doing, and she took the time to explain each step to him with great patience. I love Jack in the box, and wish I could have some.... but they are closed! Even though they should be open. They don't have any signs indicating temporary closure, just cones in front of the drive thru. Online says they opened at 7, their door says it should have opened at 6:30. It's currently 7:21 am.
