This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The young lady at the counter this morning was especially nice—she clearly belongs in customer service. What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
I love Jack in the box, and wish I could have some.... but they are closed! Even though they should be open. They don't have any signs indicating temporary closure, just cones in front of the drive thru. Online says they opened at 7, their door says it should have opened at 6:30. It's currently 7:21 am. Great service! they have put our order right and serviettes in the pockets! that is rare in almost food now a day. faster service and eating was well joined together. the type in the window was very friendly and shared the order in separate pockets to make it easy. even told us what each bag had in it. definitiw went beyond and beyond.
I was charged for and given a second meal that I didn't ask for and there were several people in line from both inside and the drive through that had mistakes needing to be fixed. I'd be a bit more disappointed if it wasn't clear that they were short staffed and very frantic from the lunch-time rush. The cashier was very friendly and was all over the place doing SO much- he was a rockstar!
Spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good. They got curly fries so you can't go wrong there. Pretty good as fast food goes.
