Perks has been a big part of my life for 20+ years now and has always been fantastic until lately; now it's steadily going to the rubbish bin. Customer service has been declining and employees are semi-regularly rude for ordinary requests and/or questions. A great little coffee shop. I loved it when ir was just a drive thru but now with tables and comfort if sitting relaxed. This Is the place to sit back enjoy
Great service, friendly staff every single time. I love how they dont burn their coffee. They give me their best every single time with whatever I order. I love coming here.
Customer service is great....got the dessert bloom and I liked that I could taste the coffee!
The staff at the Sunset location are always so friendly and helpful, and that makes the experience awesome! Keeps me coming back!
Occasionally mess up my order on busy days. But they’re only human. Food is meh but coffee is great. People are very friendly. Inside and drive thru wait are very quick. Never wait more than 5 minutes for a drink. Fair prices.
