When I visited, there were no mask requirements or COVID-19 safety measures in place. Despite this, I received prompt and friendly service and was able to dine in their seating area. In my opinion, it is the best fast food option in the area.

I arrived about five minutes before closing and had to wait for my order. Once I got home and started eating, I was disappointed to find the fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them at all—they were truly inedible. It felt like they intentionally prepared them that way because of the time I arrived. With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I'm not naive to such tactics. It's unfortunate because I've seen them improve their products in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

The staff lacks proper customer service skills; for instance, the cashier discarded my receipt without asking if I wanted to keep it. Additionally, the food is consistently served cold. If you want to enjoy your meal, I suggest going in the evening or at night instead. The morning shift and breakfast staff really need improvement!
