Our family has gone to Otto’s frequently before a movie and have always had great food and service. Today the waitress kept looking away while taking our order.... read more Our family has gone to Otto’s frequently before a movie and have always had great food and service. Today the waitress kept looking away while taking our order. It took 40 minutes to get our app of fries for our 3 daughters. The first meal came out 15 minutes prior to the rest and completely forgot to bring our youngest child’s cheese Pizza. When we asked her about it she said they just called her to get it. She came back 10 minutes later and said we never ordered it and would have to place a new order. Very disappointed by this visit.

There was a table on hold for twelve the whole time we were waiting and eating. Meanwhile, they were telling everyone there was an hour wait. Bread knots were dry. Drinks were late. New bartender on New year's. No meatballs. Bad management. Pizza was delicious. Good waitress.

The pizza is... read more I have been to this location several times. Service is normally good but when they get busy staff seems to get overwhelmed and a bit disorganized. The pizza is decent but not my favorite, some of the toppings they offer are different and quite good ifyou're looking for a change. I thought the prices were fine. They focus on craft beers (which I don't generally care for) butthey do have some selections I like in bottle or can. I'm sure I will be visiting again as it is very close to where I live andwork. First visit since covid, pizza was really good as was the service. Always seem to have new servers last several visits
