This restaurant offers great value and specializes in clam dishes. What NHjo doesn't like about Rapid Ray's:
I wanted a quick and cheaper-than-$20 lunch and didn't want to go to a chain, so I tried Rapid Ray's again. I last ate here around four years ago and wasn't that impressed, but this time was worse. The hot dogs had a strange taste to them and weren't very good. And Ray's only has one kind of mustard (French's) but no spicy option like Gulden's, which was surprising. There is zero reason to go to a chain burger place if this place is nearby. They’re always faster, usually much cheaper, and the food is perfect for the type of place it is. Being open to 11 every day comes in very handy for a second shifter like me. If they had milkshakes, they’d be unstoppable

Rapid Ray's is my go to place I miss Don and Norm . Now I'm living back in Maine at least 2 times a week I drive out of my way to get some Ray's. I'm sure Ray is smiling down on me. Don't ever change.
My first time at rapid rays . Nice set up. But I do need to say they need to update the prices that are on the internet.. I don't know if the prices are from 1982 but it said something like $2.30 for a hamburger lol they're not expensive I got two me two large fries a hamburger a cheeseburger for around 20 bucks. The French fries could've been cooked a little longer.. But the hamburgers were good..
