Hanabi Restaurant is a family-friendly sushi bar that offers traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine. They use fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to recreate authentic homemade dishes. Responsibly sourced ingredients are used from local producers. The restaurant also has a full-service bar. Start with a fresh seaweed salad and miso soup, a popular house specialty combo. Choose from a selection of raw fish, such as tuna and yellowtail, and specialty sushi and sashimi rolls like the California roll, rainbow roll, scallop roll, and chef's special vegetable roll. For the main course, try the traditionally prepared Korean bibimbap cooked in a clay pot. Finish your meal with a choice of flavored ice creams.

I don't mind that the restroom is dingy and appears to have not been cleaned in a week. I don't mind that there is only one lady serving.
We ordered the spicy cauliflower and chicken wings as appetizers, and then tried the two special rolls - one with tuna and one with shrimp tempura. Everything was delicious.
Hanabi has transformed into jin sushi ramen, and the changes and upgrades are evident. The seafood was incredibly fresh, whether it was served raw or cooked.
