We have been trying to get here since early this year and finally made it happen on a Saturday night. The place was full yet still the service was prompt and friendly. The food was great, and well priced for the quality. We will be back.

Have visited here twice now and will be returning with friends who visit the peninsula. Greatness comes with the simplicity of this restaurant. The service was excellent, our waiter e... read more My family and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary dinner tonight. There were 2 adults and 3 kids in our group. The service was excellent, our waiter explained the specials of the day and recommended options for the children right away. We ordered our meals and asked for a wine recommendation. The waiter suggested a delicious Italian wine, which also happened to be the most affordable option by the bottle on the menu. The complimentary warm bread was a nice touch. Our appetizers, stuffed zucchini flowers and octopus, were delicious. The kids enjoyed their penne carbonara and beef cheek dishes, which were flavorful and came in generous portions for only $12 each. The main pasta dishes, especially the parpadelle, gnocchi, and squid ink lasagne, were exceptional. Every bite was heavenly! Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert, but we will definitely be back to try it next time.

A busy restauran... read more While staying nearby, we discovered that Del Posto was open later than most restaurants for dinner and had many customers enjoying their meals. A busy restaurant usually indicates good food, and this was certainly true for Del Posto. The food, including dessert, was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Rye or the surrounding area.
