Our floor ended up covered in... read more Unfortunately, my drink was leaking everywhere and was only half full. The staff member just walked away and didn't seem to care. Our floor ended up covered in iced coffee, and he claimed it was like that when he served it, but when I stepped outside the building, there was no coffee on the ground. He could have simply admitted that it was his mistake.

I ordered my daughter a drink with no whip and kindly asked for a flat lid. To which she replied in a condescending toneall drinks with no whip get a flat lid. Even though sometimes when there is an overflow they will put a bubble lid on?.Then whenI went to order my drink she just sighed heavily over the speaker. I almost just left right then and there. Getting Starbucksis usually a highlight of my day but not this time.

The location was also very chill and I was able to concentrate and get work done for 2 hrs straight! I wasn't able to catch all the names butif you were working from 8 am-10am on 4/25/22 YOU ARE AWESOME!
