Chili's - Ruston

My coworkers and I had a wonderful time at the restaurant, with delicious food and excellent service.

The food was okay. The triple dipper wings and stripes were delicious, but the Big Mouth Bites were not what I expected and the fries were old and tough. Overall, it was decent.

The fries were cold and too hard. The wings weren't cooked for long enough. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The chips were stale and I didn't receive croutons on my salad. The quesadilla was dry and fell apart because there was no sauce or cheese. I couldn't even find a fork to eat with!

We entered the restaurant and waited a few minutes before deciding to sit at a high table in the bar. However, a woman insisted that we move to a table on the other side of the restaurant. Despite our preference to stay in the bar area, she did not allow it and then disappeared, leaving us waiting near the entrance. Eventually, a kind gentleman seated us in the dining area, not the bar. We observed other guests being seated at the high tables in the bar that we were not allowed to sit at. Our server was good, but the host woman was not accommodating. It's no surprise the restaurant was not busy. We will choose to dine elsewhere next time.
