This place is really good, but they are still closed to eat 2022. at this place is raw a glorified food truck. they refuse to reopen essbc people order take-out... read more This place is really good, but they are still closed to eat 2022. at this place is raw a glorified food truck. they refuse to reopen essbc people order take-out, customers still type bc it is the right thing to do, and consequently they do more than ever while they have no cleaning to do, and do not have to rebuild any employees while they receive the tips they still receive from mobile posts under a very tiny personal. they prioritize profit, and if they continue to go from them, they will never open the food again. the people want a night out, and they settle to eat sushi home, it's not what they want. ruston needs another sushi place asap. this only happens if owners don't care about anything except win and have no local competition. we go from now on to monroe and are still closed to eat in 2022 is ridiculous.

Just a heads-up, it's PICKUP ONLY, and it seems like they have no plans to reintroduce dine-in service. I personally enjoy taking my food home, so it works for me. The fashion roll has become my go-to, and I highly recommend the 911, Big Easy, Tech, inside out, and shrimp tempura rolls—they're all fantastic. The double salmon rolled appetizer is heavenly and can easily serve as a main dish due to its size and quality! I'm so glad this place is in our small town.

It's not just one of the best restaurants in the north of Louisiana, it's better than any sushi restaurant where I was in the country. I had sushi in a very nice restaurant in Hawaii and the best I could find in several major cities that RAW could not touch.

Definitely will go back and recommend others if you get a chance, even if it eats your first time sushi I promise you it will please you. Go with some people as we did, who have eaten there before and they can help you with the menu!
