Frustrated, I decided to drive to the location, only to discover that Pizza Hut is using DoorDash for their deliveries, even for orders placed through their own... read more Frustrated, I decided to drive to the location, only to discover that Pizza Hut is using DoorDash for their deliveries, even for orders placed through their own app. It seemed that the drivers were repeatedly canceling the pickup for my order. While I understand that these drivers are not employed by Pizza Hut, I believe the restaurant still has a responsibility to ensure reliable delivery for orders made through their app. Moreover, the staff at the pickup window were aware of the situation, yet no one bothered to inform me about the delays. Eventually, we received our food; while the pasta was still somewhat warm, the pizza was cold, and they forgot to include the marinara sauce for our cheese sticks. This has been, without a doubt, the WORST experience I have had with any national pizza chain.

It was over an hour until I had to drive and pick my order up. Second, the customer service in the Hut is rude and pleases simple math and how to appropriate the slicing of a whole pie.

The pizza tasted fine after being heatedup and it was almost the correct pizza that we ordered. We usually order online for ease. Pizzas were topped, sauced, cheesed well. Yummy cheese sticks too. Most recentlythey were out of some toppings we requested but no one called to let us know (or discounted), once we arrived to pickup theygave us a credit towards our next purchase.
