Terrible to pick up from for door dashers. Waited 25 minutes after I got there for my order
First stop using DoorDash for delivery, it gets lost in transactions, and the pizza doesn't get to the recipient. It was over an hour until I had to drive and pick my order up. Second, the customer service in the Hut is rude and pleases simple math and how to appropriate the slicing of a whole pie.
My order always missing ! They never call to inform antone! AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
I really enjoy Louisiana and have always appreciated the service. However, I was disappointed when I didn't receive a refund for an order I never got. On the bright side, the food is always fresh and hot!
Pizza Hut sends out coupons in the mail, but unfortunately, they can’t be used at the Ruston location. I only decided to place an order because of past issues with food quality. I won’t be trying it again.
