However, today in Ruston, I ordered a chicken mocha wrap through the app, pulled up to the pick-up window, and waited for about five minutes. Suddenly, a woman appeared with a bag and a cloth. She greeted me warmly, thanked me, wished me a good day, and handed me exactly what I had ordered, along with some napkins and even a straw. I didn't have to reassemble my food or go home to fix it up. I also didn't have to fight for a refund because they actually had what I ordered (or more accurately, they chose to prepare it). This was truly a 5-star experience!
