Reviews - Chili's
Reviews summary
Dine at your own risk at this restaurant, where the inconsistencies in service and food quality can sour an experience. Guests report soggy salads and underwhelming entrees, including cold pasta that lacks promised accompaniments, while service proves unreliable. Although there are moments of delight—such as attentive waitstaff and some well-prepared dishes—frustrations abound, particularly with seating arrangements and staffing shortages. Longtime patrons express disappointment over the decline in service, citing empty tables amidst long waits. With a mix of decent and disappointing meals, diners may find better options elsewhere in this college town.
Was NaTizzia J at Chili's a mag?
The food was satisfactory. The triple dipper wings and stripes were tasty, but the Big Mouth Bites didn't meet my expectations, and the fries were stale and hard. Overall, it was an average experience. View all feedback.
What STACEY W dislikes about Chili's:
The chips were stale, and my salad didn’t come with croutons. The quesadilla was dry and fell apart since there was no sauce or cheese. I also couldn’t find a fork to eat with! View all feedback.

Kids love this place and so do I. Always service with a smile. You can't beat those Southwest Eggrolls.
We entered the restaurant and waited for a few minutes before deciding to sit at a high table in the bar area. However, a woman insisted that we move to a table on the other side of the restaurant. Despite our preference to remain in the bar, she wouldn't allow it and then walked away, leaving us waiting near the entrance. Eventually, a friendly gentleman seated us in the dining area instead of the bar. We noticed other guests being seated at the high tables in the bar that we were told we couldn’t use. While our server was attentive and helpful, the host wasn't accommodating at all. It’s not surprising that the restaurant was quite empty. We’ll be looking for other dining options next time.
The meal was absolutely wonderful, and our waiter was exceptional! She was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. She ensured we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience.
I have been a patron of this restaurant for 10 to 12 years, but I've noticed a decline in service since the redheaded gentleman started working here. It's frustrating to see empty tables while waiting 15 minutes to be seated because there aren't enough waitstaff. Given that this is a college town, the restaurant needs to enhance its staffing levels to meet the high demand. Bringing on more employees and introducing efficient service practices, like hiring a busboy, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.
My Cajun pasta arrived extremely cold, and they didn’t include the toast or the extra garlic toast I paid for. I called to report the issue, but no one answered. After holding for five minutes, an automated message said there was a technical problem and then disconnected the call. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. I will never go back.

I've been twice in the past 6 months. Both times I found BBQ sauce on the garlic bread when I ordered a pasta plate. Absolutely disgusting. Worst...
Visited this Chili's for the first time and had to wait for almost an hour for my salad. The dressing was terrible and continued to wait for my food....
The menu features a diverse selection of options, the food is served at just the right temperatures, the premises are clean, and the staff is both tidy and welcoming.
Our waitress was great, but it took an hour for the kitchen to finish our food! Most of our food was salty, the manager did not seem to care!

The fries were cold and overly hard. The wings were undercooked. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

My salad at Chili's arrived soggy and soaked in dressing, with just two chicken tenders. Plus, the avocado was brown. Really disappointing. How does Chili's mess up something as simple as a salad from their menu? Truly unacceptable!
