Our go-to choice is the toasted sandwich with fries, which is always made with high-quality ingredients and served hot and fresh. The service is excellent, with efficient and friendly staff, especially a young man who is always smiling and helpful. The owner can often be seen in the kitchen ensuring everything runs smoothly. This restaurant is one of our favorites, and we are willing to travel 5 miles just to dine here.

Despite giving them... read more I have visited the atrium multiple times since their opening, and each time I have encountered unfriendly staff and subpar customer service. Despite giving them several chances, I have consistently been met with further disappointing incidents. I have decided not to return to this venue and will instead frequent neighboring eateries and coffee shops that I believe offer better customer service. On one occasion, I was refused service for a coffee at 3pm because the restaurant was closing for a band to set up, even though there were still diners in the restaurant. The staff have often been rude and unhelpful, lacking basic customer service skills. I have had to wait a long time to receive my bill and experience difficulty when trying to pay and leave. In another instance, I was overcharged on my bill and made to feel as though I was lying when I brought it up. Despite the quality of the food and drinks being good, the poor customer service consistently detracts from the experience.
