As a disabled person, waiting in line at carveries is difficult for me, as is carrying plates of food. The system is pay in advance and join the queue. I chose... read more As a disabled person, waiting in line at carveries is difficult for me, as is carrying plates of food. The system is pay in advance and join the queue. I chose the fish and chips and the barman came and told me it was ready...to collect, which my daughter did for me. I regretted choosing the fish as it was quite a horrible mushy thing, of unknown origin. No flavour. I told myself not to choose fish again unless it was specifically mentioned by species. I decided to give this chain another chance at a different restaurant. This only confirmed my disappointment and I have vowed not to go to any of this chain's outlets ever again.
