As a dealer in a store that sells vintage retro film and digital cameras, I have to say that the owners and independent businesses at this restaurant have put a lot of effort into renovating the building. They have added a brand new basement section, revamped the ground and top floors, and even have a fantastic street food truck open from Wednesday to Saturdays. If you remember this place not being so great in the past, I urge you to give it another chance. The determined vendors and building owner have truly put in the work to make this a great dining experience.
Four years since I last visited Hopkinson Vintage and was chuffed to see it still open and, what's more, thriving. Spent nearly two hours browsing. The ground floor has been reorganised, making the displays more accessible. Prices were reasonable and, as usual I bought fantastic cards from Woolf Vintage. It's a shame the cafe doesn't do sandwiches, but they do do some lovely cakes. A welcoming, well thought out place.
This is the best place in Nottingham for cameras. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they can recommend another place that does.
What a fantastic place. Found by pure chance, had a lovely chai latte in the cafe and a great peruse around the shop! Could have spent hours and a fortune. Wonderful place with vintage clothes, comics, bric a brac and cameras, jewellery and fun decor! Would highly recommend to anyone living or visiting Nottingham. Amazing place
