They are consistently friendly and courteous, but I wish Costa would prioritize taking care of their employees better. Unfortunately, many have left in recent years. Leah is outstanding and always goes above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend this place.

The coffee was good, but her service left me smiling for the rest of the day. Thank you to both her and the Costa team. Keep up the fantastic work.
