Out of all the dining choices in Gladstone, their vegan schnitzel is quite good and worth trying more than once. It comes with a gluten-free crust. The young kids at the counter seemed a bit uncertain about the vegan options, but we had no issues ordering for home delivery.
We went to Schnitz and ordered a vegan plate and a vegan wrap. My plate came with a side salad, and when I asked if the dressing was vegan, I was told it was, but it turned out it contained milk and eggs. I had to ask for another one. My boyfriend's wrap looked like chicken, even though it was supposed to be made of veggies. After some investigation, we found out it was actually chicken inside. We were offered a replacement, but I was upset and wanted a refund. My boyfriend handled the situation calmly and got our money back. Make sure to double-check your order if you decide to dine at Schnitz.
I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The server was attentive and got up to take our order promptly. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained.
The food is incredible and the customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend coming here.
