Wrap had more mayo than anything else, chicken in it the size of my little finger. Chicken had no spices on it. Always the same. Must have forgotten to give Gladstone the secret herbs and spice recipe..

Very long waits in drive through it is not really big enough to serve Gladstone and have to always check we get the right food as they stuff up alot.

We came here for lunch just before 1pm there was a bit of a line up but i thought it should move quickly being fast food.....but boy was i sooooo wrong!. I wait... read more We came here for lunch just before 1pm there was a bit of a line up but i thought it should move quickly being fast food.....but boy was i sooooo wrong!. I waited in line for about 8 mins as there was only one girl on the counter and the manager was busy in drive thru and running orders outside, there were 3 other staff working out back. The order was made the chips were hot but the burger was cold. My partners burger had less than a teaspoon if that of chilli jam on the burger ( hardly worth it). While we sat eating two customers walked in and turned around, they obviously know how slow they are. And one customer bought food back saying it was overcooked and burnt ( he got a fresh order).In my opinion the manager should be running the store instead of being tied up in drive thru, and if KFC read this they should all be re trained in time management.Definitely the slowest KFC avoid at all costs!
