The dishes were excellent...superb foie gras and excellent lobster dick. the young woman server was very good. the maitre d' which we have learned is christophe, who has been chatting with seemingly strangers on an adjacent table for over 1 1/2 hours. they were french, two other tables were non-French, do not know about the 4th table, but we suspect that his job is to monitor all tabs not only those of the countrymen, and it would have been helpful if he had now and then looked at other tables.
