After waiting in line for 15 minutes behind 7 other guests, we were informed of this and decided to go somewhere else for the 4 orders we were going toplace. The worker told Us that this happens Every Friday and Sunday evening!!! I?m a restaurant professional and my family ownsfast casual franchises, so I?m aware and compassionate, but I thought that the franchisee and corporate should be aware of thisissue to correct it. Eventually, one worker said someone else would assist us shortly. That other employee then started preparing takeout orders right in front of us. Terrible service. I do not recommend this location.

His recommendations resulted in the perfect, delicious pita wrap. We’ll definitely be coming back every week.

I unders... read more I’m really disappointed with this local franchise. The delivery portion sizes were extremely small—comparable to our local Chipotle’s reduced servings. I understand inflation and increased business costs, but losing customer loyalty is a much bigger price to pay. I won’t be ordering again. Paying over $17 plus delivery and tip for less than 2 ounces of protein is unacceptable. And the prized pita chips? Just one sad small triangle shared between two orders. I did call, and the staff were very apologetic and kind, but I’m writing this to warn other customers. Hungry buyers, beware!
