The food was delicious and our server, Sue, was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend anyone visiting Banff to have a meal at Chuck's.

When we came there, we were told that they were not serving them. As of Long Island we were thrilled to have steam a seafood splinter where we are. We just ordered the next best thing to say shell strips, they ran out of them. It was 5:30 and they already ran out? They were very apologetic and offered us another appetizer for free. We ordered crabcakes and they were very good. We also had fried oyster app. Lazy lobster and sautéed lake bass. Everything's very good, but something overpriced.

Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we coul... read more We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
