My Connecticut Yankee wife has spent the past 8 years in the South trying to find decent clam strips.
We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The waitress was extremely sarcastic and rude. The restaurant was very pretentious and the prices were way too high. I would never go back, even if someone paid me to.
Chuck's Steakhouse provided us with an amazing dining experience! The food was delicious and our server, Sue, was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend anyone visiting Banff to have a meal at Chuck's.
